EPIC QUEST - 2ND ERA: .springlight
"もう戻れはしない これが最後の真実"
Story Background
Imagine this situation - two opposing major forces from two opposing nations, equally at odds with each other, both possessing major amounts of weaponry, force, and lots of ways to cause destruction, begin to attack each other after their anger can no longer restrain itself. They forget the safety of the rest of the land Syfaelis and then rain destruction on one another, wreaking havoc on the rest of the land, and leaving nothing but a trail of chaos and extinction in its wake.
This is the resolution of the Blackenheim War - the war that arose after the assassination of the leader of the nation of Seiris, by one of the deceptive members of council of the nation of Nightra, who set to cause destruction to the other nation. What this council member of Nightra did not know was the excess wreckage this war would cause. In the end, no one could mediate, no one could pose sanctions and then the war dragged on, leaving only one resolution - the land in pieces.
Part of Syfaelis decided to detach itself to the rest of the world and planned and constructed a floating shelter in order to avoid the witness of the resolution of the Blackheim War, and while they were constructing it, they decided that they would forever live in it until another war-like situation would spark. They weren't your ordinary humans either - they were the Adverse, and the Adverse were an extremely humanoid race, who even looked like them, but possessed a wide variety of supernatural powers that were different within each of the Adverse community.
Some humans speculate that the Adverse had come from the bounds of outer space and ended up on Syfaelis against their own will, and had to adapt to the environment, thus evolving selectively and looking like humans before the humans arrived and migrated from Syfaelis after the land they originated from was destroyed as a result of yet ANOTHER war, but that is a story for another time. But the appearance of the Adverse remains a mystery. Their technology was also extremely amazing, for they had possessed many different types of machinery, all more advanced than the humans' current technology. Some say that they were descendants of a different race, but which race is extremely disputable.
After the construction of the Adverse's flying shelter - Winged Seraphim - was complete, they had immediately boarded the amazing, well-construct shelter and then took off to the skies, never to see human civilization again. That was to say...
Current Plot
Down on Syfaelis, human civilization was struggling to get back on to its feet. It would take ages and ages to restore the prosperity it brought to the humans, after the ending of the Blackenheim War. All was fine down there, but the problem lied within the Winged Seraphim, and none of the Adverse knew except the current Chief.
What the Chief knew was that in the Winged Seraphim, more humans have begun to mysteriously appear. He did not know what the humans purpose here was, but he believed them not to be hostile, as he has recognized them helping the Adverse. But the bigger threat he knew was within some of the Adverse themselves. He noticed that many of the Adverse council failed to attend to the Council Meetings. What he believes is that some of the Adverse are rebelling. Rebelling to escape from this enclosed shelter.
The civilian Adverse then began to be attacked by some masked and cloaked men. Some of the stowaway humans managed to fight the cloaked men away, but there were far too many of them to help. These stowaway humans apparently spied on the Adverse during the construction and snuck on just to see what it would be like, and a few of them even had relations or friends within the Adverse.
It was time to resolve this problem. Without the cataclysmic proportions of the Blackenheim War, but instead with the enforcement of the Chief of the Adverse. The Chief suddenly summoned for a group of "stowaway humans" and the "potential Adverse" to visit his council chambers for a briefing, and in the end to stop this vandalism. Perhaps a light of hope can fall upon the spring grounds of the Winged Seraphim...
Prepare for deception and pain.

Name: Noemi Ririe Asch
Age: 15
Gender: Female
Race: Adverse
-
Appearance: Noemi has neck-length hair that is of pale violet, and possesses big, cutesy azure eyes. Despite these eyes they underly a deeper personality. Her complexion is somewhat pale, but pale enough that she COULD probably _use a freakin' tan_. She wears a lavender shirt that has flower motifs on the lower-bottom corner printed on. She also wears a long silk skirt that is a matching color of lavender! Finally she wears black shoes of an unrecognizable type and a hairband with small cutesy angel wings sticking out on it.
Personality: Despite her looks, Noemi is actually quite hyperactive and relatively tough. Because her looks tend to undermine her actuality, she ends up liking to hurt her underestimater. A lot. She's pretty rash and very friendly, but not gullible and naive. She's also fun-loving and would like nothing more than a time playing games or playing other card games and such. It's hard to get her down and she's extremely optimistic and likes looking at the bright side of things, but absolutely sucks at making jokes.
Preferred Weapon: Noemi possesses a giant blade with an extendable hilt. This was made by her father for himself before he passed away. She now keeps it as a weapon and a keepsake. The blade has been lustered purple and glows with an odd pink light. Noemi has no idea where the light came from.
Ougis:
1) Shunraigiri "Spring Lightning Cut" ~ Noemi extends the hilt on her blade and slashes her opponent twice, in a plus-sign fashion, before purple lightning pierces through the opponent through the mark of the center of the plus-residue and from above.
2) Harukazedan "Spring Wind Bullet" ~ Noemi extends the hilt on her blade and spins it twice, before forcing it forward and releasing fierce bursts of concentrated wind, such as that it strikes with the impact of a bullet.
-
Supernatural Power: The only thing Noemi can do is force currents of wind in one direction. This has no usefulness as of yet.
-
Quarters Number: PA3
Other: Noemi doesn't like her supernatural power. She wishes she had a "cooler one".
