There’s a video on YouTube, where Bianca and Pignite are stomping, and Bianca mentions she was close (idk what as i’ve never seen the episode but i’m guessing she was referring to a pokémon), but does anyone know the name of th episode, i ask because i’m intrigued to see it. I asked on Discord but no clear answers, I decided to ask here because asking on Bulbapedia talk would result in a ban and i can’t afford to be banned again and Discord isn’t really useful for anime episode names. So in conclusion what episode is it from where she throws a tantrum along with Pignite?

I think you're looking for "Minccino—Neat and Tidy!" It's the 13th episode of the Pokemon BW series and is Bianca's Minccino's capture episode. The scene you're referring to is likely around the 5-8 minute mark.
