eruption and water spout

could some one tell me the real power of eruption and water spout.
it says 150 but when i used it only was like 70 or somethin like that.;383; ;382;

no it isn´t based on HP it´s based on percentage HP, if you use water spout with half HP then your base damage will be 75, if you use it with 75% HP, then the base damage will be 107,5 base damage.
in 100% the base damage is 150.

that's not true... if Blissey did use the attack... it still won't do much damage...

it's the base power that's effected by the amount of HP the pokemon has...

if the pokemon has full HP, it'll be a full power, less and it'll be less powerful, in the red and it's almost useless.

and the pokemon who can learn these attacks can barely use it because they've already been hit with something and not at full HP... thus the attack will be weaker then it should be...

don't even bother with these attacks, just stick with Flamethrower and Surf.

you´re welcome! and don´t forget that in double battles those attacks have the base damage halfed (but both pokémon are striken), so the max you can deal there is base damage 75 with full HP and without STAB.

Well there is a great tecnique I made when I was a n00b (so not so great)

Torkoal, stat upped amnesia iron def rest eruption. You get the idea. Maybe BP some swords dance.
