Espeon and Umbreon?

The FR/LG's clock runs the same as GRBY's playing time clock. Thus there's no night and day, so how could you possibly get an Espeon or an Umbreon without trading from Pokemon XD or something?

You answered yourself. That's the ONLY way you can get Espeon/Umbreon in F/LG You have to trade them from Colosseum/XD/RSE.

You don't. Trade Eevee to RSE and evolve it.

well then you won't get umbreon/espeon.
How else do you think nintendo will make money LOL.
And, BTW, fire red/leaf green are the only ones you won't be able to do this in
