Espeon & Umbreon

Is it true that you can get these two by evolving eevee in R/S?

On serebii.net it states here that it is possible;

Yet, in the pokedex it states that it must be traded from Colosseum/XD

Any ideas?

no they can be evolved! I've evolved both! You've just got to evolve espeon in the morning and umbreon in the evening after you've traded with FR/LG or another game for the eevee!

you need to use a sun stone on eevee for espeon, Moon stone for umbreon, water stone for vaporeon, thunder stone for jolteon, and fire stone for flareon. It doesn't matter what game you have, you can get espeon or umbreon. Exept games before johto.

Legend Lati - um, sun/moon stone doesn't work on eevee. They evolve when their happiness is maxed out, and what they evolve into depends on the time of day.

the reason it says to trade, is because there is no eevee obtainable on r/s/e. So youd have to trade either an eevee or an eevelution to breed with

No you don't! Don't give out wrong info! You evolve evee into espeon by training in the morning and evolving evee into umbreon by traning in the evening.

Eh...actually....It's reversed. Umbreon in the day and Espeon in the night..they changed it for some reason.

Anyway, you have to trade an Eevee from FR/LG/XD(?) to R/S/E, since those are the only games with clocks.
