Decided to delete the other thread for my own reasons. But thanks to everyone who commented on that too.

This is a project tham I'm working on for a friend, and I've been spending a while on it. Since my friends on AIM have all decided to sign off or be AFK, I figure I'll show it to all of you.

Maybe I'll get more comments since it ISNT a banner.

O__O Wow. Just...wow. The colors...so pretty...*___*

You pulled this off excellently, as usual. I really, really love the sky; it looks absolutely spectacular with that great streak of rainbow colors. The aurora most definitely reminds me of the Northern Lights, due to its pure beauty and elegance. The comet looks awesome, too, and really adds a nice touch. You made the city look supremely amazing, having it all lit up and such with the colors. And the water...Oh, the water. It just looks so flipping beautiful. I absolutely love the reflections and how they blend so perfectly. Heck, all the colors have perfect blending. D:

But...God...it wasn't just how the picture looked. There's also the sheer feeling of serenity and purity that emorated from it. I mean, so many thoughts came to my head when I looked at it, so many that I can't type them all up here. It made me think, and very hard, too...which is rare when I'm critiquing a piece of art. XD Trust me, getting me to involuntarily look insightfully into something is a big accomplishment, since I just can't be arsed to do it most of the time. =P But you did it, and I congratulate you for that. XD And one of my personal favorite things about it is...well...I find the image extremely romantic. Seriously. That would be a perfect scene to just watch with a loved one, or share a kiss in, or...*fantasizes about...well, take a guess XD* *sighs wistfully*

But yeah, keep it up, anyway. XD You did a really, really amazing job on this. I can't find anything to criticize on. D: I must say, I seriously took a strong liking to this image...Eh, you're too good at this kind of thing. :S Again, keep it up. ♥

Geez, the colors in the city and in the Aurora looked so beautiful! The colors that looked pretty dashed (the movement of the light) is very pretty and the metoer (or comet, if it's light years away) looks almost very real! Kudos to ya!

Woah, is that the Causeway Bay over in HK? ^^ I've been there, but my photographs there turned out blurry when I was there last year : P

Some really nice editing you're doing there with the colours and stuff : )

In my opinion, I think you should try limiting the range of colours by a little.

This is almost like a spectrum, and I think it'll do really well with a few collages : )

Yeah, thats where it is. Some of the most unique city scenery around.

Im not really much of an Australian TV watcher, so I wouldn't know.

I'm still working on the finished project, trying to make the foreground building colors stay correct while leaving the background buildings purple. Not that easy. :<

Completely fixed now, and watermarked w/ name sinec my friend said it was so good people would steal it.

Eh, I said pretty much everything I had to say in my first post here, but by golly, you did an excellent job on it. Congrats.

As for the rating...well, shoot, what do you expect from me? XD 10/10. I just couldn't find anything wrong with it...Your skills with Photoshop never cease to amaze me, Danny. I'll tell you one thing: you are going to be one hell of a great graphics artist someday. Not that you aren't already, but just imagine how good you'll be twenty years later.

Again, you did awesome on the image, and I still think it looks as romantic as ever. *continues her fantasies involving you* :x
