Aurlia's eyes glowed a pure blue-white as she opened the memory sphere...

...It started with an image of the silver Mew holding a golden, pulsing orb. Aurlia's voice spoke out, "Why does it pulse... so horribly?" The there was the flash of dark light. Celebi's memory had begun.

The tunnel. The soul. Celebi and the skeletons. All of it happened, then another dark flash and it ended. The square was there again, people standing around. The door of flesh opened...

Aurlia ended the memory there, though the sphere was still active. Aurlia's mental voice came to Mewtwo, as he still had access to her memory. "That's all I wanted you to see. If you want to see something else, I have nothing to hide from you. If not, you can remove yourself."

OOC: I hate when that happens...I'm so sure of myself XD

BIC:

Kit nodded. "OK. Never mind then, but Aurlia's got to come back. She's been...wherever she is...too long now."

Ninetales's eyes flashed blue. <Lugia's accessable! I can reach him! Barely though, it seems he's losing energy very quickly. Kit, channel Ho-oh. Or Lugia, my energy is going down quickly. I'm switching to Ho-oh.>

"I don't know how to channel!"

<Think of Lugia and contacting him. Should be easy.>

Kit nodded. Lugia...I need you to hear me...please... Kit heard a bit of a sob in her thoughts. Please...we're going to help you...

Ninetales nodded. <It's working, barely.>

OOC - Nyah. If Lugia and Ho-oh can't answer I'll make Ninetales lose the energy before anything decent is heard. Kay? We needed some action =P

Mewtwo rose an eyebrow. The visions were so vague... and Aurlia spoke to him as if she thought she owned the place, which angered him. This was HIS home, not one of her random territories!

... the temptation was greta to throw the memory sphere away and tell Aurlia what he thought of her... but the visions... so vague... he needed to learn more about them and as such, continued to focus on them.

...

During this time...

...

Ninetails's voice reached Celebi. Celebi smiled. Did that fool really believed that anything could be done.

Celebi easily crushed the signal, Ho-oh and Lugia never even hearing Ninetails's call...

OOC: The first time Aurlia says anything it's part of the memory. *turns back a few pages* See, she just sort of started rambling there... so yeah.

BIC: Aurlia focused as well on making the memories as clear as possible. If he saw what she did...

Then maybe Mew would ...return... even in Aurlia's confusion as to how all of this came about. Truely, she was ignorant as to most of what had happened while she was gone...

Elsewhere
Leslie heard the signal and felt the link. But still it was far to weak to prove anything. Kit...

"Kit." She said worriedly. "We'll rescue Lugia. We will. But don't fret, please." Suddenly Leslie's caring blue eyes and soft voice became bored and tired of Kit's crying. "Please..." she sighed, "Don't cry anymore. We'll take care of it."

OFF: to cdra1617: in the part about Lugia, there was no link, no signal. Ninetails' call only reached nothingness. But well, I don't think this is too important, actually...

Also, I might have got the genders of some characters wrong in this post. If so, tell me and I'll edit right away.

_________________________________________________________________

Mewtwo begun to feel the memories flow... and Mewtwo saw Aurlia's memories...

FLASH!

Aurlia's spirit, although immaterial, continued to rule... although it could do nothing. Still, as the creator of the Legendary Pokemon, all of them listened to her, her word standing as absolute truth and finality.

Mewtwo recognized the area... the tower where the Legendary Council assembled to discuss and take decisions... and Aurlia stood before both Celebi and Mew.

"The Darkness is a threat! Can't you see it? CAN'T YOU SEE IT! They shall destroy us all if we do nothing! we must kill them, crush them, rip them apart, destroy them all! TO THE VERY LAST ONE!!!" Suicune was enraged, as usual. It was a known fact: Suicune's phobia of the Darkness was very, very strong... and unfortunately, Suicune happened to have a lot of influence in the council.

"We should not jump to conclusions too early. Celebi... what are your reports?" this deep, calm voice... Entei, who regarded honor above all else. He was above Suicune's fury... although in his mind, the only good Shadow Pokemon was a dead one.

"They have advanced. They begun to build near the entrance of Mt.Silver. They also begun to modify the environment to fit their needs and to collect ressources needed for expension." Celebi grinned evilly as she stated the facts, aware that not specifying any details while not lying was the way to go. It was a known fact that paranoia was probably the Legendary Pokemon's greatest downfall...

"See? SEE?!? I am right! That monstruous Mewtwo is trying to take over the world... AGAIN!" Suicune jumped up and down, eyes glowing in hatred.

"That Mewtwo! How could he?" that was the melodious, feminine, musical voice of Articuno...

"That doesn't surprise me. Mewtwo is not even a true Legendary Pokemon. He's not even alive in the first place. He's just a stupid clone. Just a monstruosity created by those darn humans! His very existence is an insult to Nature, a heresy!" Moltres said, her eyes showing no mercy.

Mew looked left and right. Everyone was thinking that Mewtwo was invading... "No! Please no! He's... he's not guilty! I know it! I know it!"

Everyone turned to Mew, frowns on their faces. Mew was powerful... but it was a fact: nobody listens to her. She is "immature" and "naive" they say. She is too "positive" about the natures of beings and the fate of the world.

As such... she usually ended up doing everything herself. That was not a problem, usually, since the others just stood back and argued... but this time, the others were acting against her... and while she is the most powerful of them all, their power, together, overwhelm hers.

"Mew... We all know that you love Mewtwo and all... but I think that you must admit the truth. Mewtwo is the Darkness. He is Evil. Your love won't change him. For the world to be peaceful... he and his creations must be exterminated to the very last one." that voice... Ho-oh. Ho-oh sounded calm and collected... but it was only an illusion. Ho-oh was actually the one who hated Mewtwo and his minions the most in the entire Universe, nothing left!

Mew, in desesperation, turned to Aurlia. "Please... listen to me..." she begged, tears forming in her beautiful, cute eyes...

Aurlia felt a surge of sadness... What had to be done... must be done...

"Ho-oh... Lugia... I am so very sorry but... I cannot ignore this situation. Mewtwo must not be allowed to crush all that is good in this world so that his Demons might survive in this world. He must be driven back... at all cost... and for this, we need Mew's power. As such... Ho-oh... Lugia... I will ask you to overide Mew's soul. Do it... now." hesitation was in her voice... for overiding a Pokemon's soul was cruel... the most cruel act. By doing so, she knew that she was lowering herself to the level of her foe... but without Mew, without the Light, the Darkness cannot be defeated...

Ho-oh's eyes glowed with maniacal pleasure. FINALLY, the moment comes... Lugia, him, just looked down in shame. He wished there was another way... but Aurlia's word is final.

Mew yelped as the Regis approached her and grabbed her by the arms, forcing her to stand still as the two Legendary Birds united their powers and formed a black, swirling sphere... and then, the sphere was thrown straight into Mew and exploded in a blinding flash of darkness...

... when the black energy vanished, the Regis let go of Mew.

She turned to Aurlia and grinned like a maniac, her eyes empty, her body turned into a puppet...

"What... have I done?" those words echoed in Aurlia's mind as guilt filled her heart...

FLASH!

Mewtwo opened his eyes and the sphere shattered, its purpose completed.

He turned to Aurlia, shaking in anger... "So... I was right..." the way he gazed at Aurlia... he looked as if he had went insane... "You broke her. She only wished for coexistence... she knew the truth... she went against the hatred... YOUR hatred... and you destroyed her mind and sent her to your death."

Mewtwo stopped shaking, taking a hold of himself... "Do you really believe that I will forgive you? I will never forgive you. You hear me? No matter how much guilt you feel... it won't undo your actions! You sent Mew to her death and replaced her, as if she was just a puppet for you to use! I won't forgive you. I just won't do it."

Celebi grinned evilly from her location, seeing Mewtwo gazing at Aurlia in such a way, using a strange mirror to spy on them...

Aurlia's memories were useless. It is impossible for Aurlia, Mewtwo, or anyone to figure out what truly happened for as long as the most important piece of the puzzle, her own memories, was missing... then the only possible conclusion that one could come to upon inspection of the main canvas was that Aurlia had, indeed, crushed Mew's will and sent her to her death because of paranoia.

Celebi turned to Lugia and Ho-oh, still trapped. It was then that Celebi noticed that Lugia's soul was glowing a bit too much. Celebi rolled her eyes and took her scythe...

SLAAAAASH!!!

Lugia lost ALL of his mind, this time, joining Ho-oh into souless sleep. She should really make sure that the souls are knocked out before trapping them, next time...

With that done, Celebi resumed what she was doing...

The Compromise
OOC: I guess Raikou is a little to immature to have anything good to say in the council. I reakon he would have just said:

"I like bananas." XD

Anyways, back to the story...

IC:

"That's it, nice and easy now, deep breaths. Welcome back Cat!"

A soft, soothing voice escorted her out of the well of darkness as she slowly rose back into consciousness. She groaned, her muscles were aching as if she had just been through a major workout. Whimpering a little she opened her eyes. There was a creamy-blue thing standing in front of her. She couldn’t see it well; her eyesight had gone all blurry. Sniffing a little she raised her hands and wiped her eyes. Something wet trickled between them and fell to the bed sheets. She examined her hands. Tears. She must have been crying from the pain. Blinking she put her hands on the surface she was on and pushed herself into a sitting position with difficulty. The creature helped her, resettling what she could now see were bed sheets around her.

She was sitting in a hospital bed that had obviously been designed for something a lot smaller than her, in a big white room with pink luvdiscs dotted around the wallpaper. She looked around, confused. No windows. Something clicked in her mind and she suddenly remembered everything. Flaaffy Bond. Raikou. How they were underground… A rustling at the bottom of her bed attracted her attention. A Minum was shifting through a sheaf of papers, finding the right one and writing something on it. Seeing Ca watching it, the minum smiled.

“You had a bit of a shock there, didn’t you love! At least your friend Raikou won’t try that again in a hurry.”

It took a second to sink in. Understanding dawned on Cats face, and she felt anger bubbling inside her.

“RAIKOU did this?” asked Cat, once more grounding her teeth. The minum noticed it and frowned. Trotting over she held Cats face in its hands. They were nice and cool, soothing, and she felt a wave of calm wash over her.

“Best not to do that, love.” The minum advised her with a smile. “You’ll have no teeth left! Well, Raikou was tempted. By Arthium, or one of his minions.” It smiled secretly to its self, before giving Cat a quick glance to make sure she hadn’t noticed. It was in luck, for Cat was staring at the wall.

“You see, magnets are strong enough on their own. But if you join them with electricity, it increases by the tenth fold. The effect also amplifies the electricity. So if you stick a lot of magnets together and connect them with electricity, they will over ride the electric pokemon, possibly even kill. You were very lucky. Our meditite visited your mind and reported that there were enough magnets on the stack only to severely weaken. A couple of others were hidden by the side. If Raikou had found them, you would have been dead.” It covered up a sigh with a smile. “Don’t worry, the magnets have been removed and barriers set up to prevent later attacks of the same sort.” Its job was over. It had done as the master had commanded, and failed.

Now it would return, once it had left this Cat alone. Such a shame that she had to die. She seemed perfect for turning. Over proud, self assured, clever. There was something about her that made her easy to talk to. It hoped it hadn’t given away too much. It had told her the truth. She deserved to know it; all to be dead people deserved it. So it had supplied it. It nodded, smiled at Cat once more before hustling towards the door. It would have to leave quickly, before the Flaaffys found its parting gift…

Cat couldn’t help smiling back. There was something about the minums manner that made her feel like she had to respond.

“What’s your name?” Cat asked, curious. The minum stopped in its tracks, its back towards her.

“Synthony.” It called over its shoulder before bustling out of the door. It was only then Cat remembered to ask how it knew her name. But it was too late. It was gone.
How very curious… She wondered. She suddenly felt very sleepy. The drug worked its magic and stole her consciousness away once more. She fell into a deep sleep…

OOC: A little explanation post of what happened. I hope you don't mind, cdra. I will get out of this little mess soon, don't you worry. And maybe with some more help... ;)

OOC: What the...? I don't know those characters. That's not how it would have gone through, believe me. Override? I told you Aurlia wasn't to blame. I'm writing this shamble, k?

I'm not going to be tempermental, but it's awful hard to reply to something that didn't occur. I explained in that second PM that Aurlia couldn't have done anything here and you needed to blame it on someone else.

Plus, you didn't mention what Aurlia sent. I did it blatently. ><

If there's a logical explaination here, please send it to me. I'm not in the mood to be a brat. I must save my fury for later tonight. >=)

BTW Katie, it's fine. No trouble.

OOC: I stopped crying a while ago =P

BIC:

Ninetales jerked out of her trance unwillingly. <Celebi was right, there's no way we can get through to them. There's got to be something we can do that can temporarily override Celebi's powers. Every Pokemon has a fall; even Aurlia. No offense,> she remarked. <But Celebi muust be able to be defeated somehow.>

Kit stopped trying to channel Lugia as she sensed it wasn't working, and nodded. "Yeah...OK."

Aurija spoke up. <I still exist, you know.>

"Aurija! You had been so quiet, I hadn't noticed you."

<Ooh gee, thanks. I feel real loved.>

Everyone looked at her weirdly. "Who are you talking to?"

"Aurija. She's telling me she still exists."

Ninetales rolled her eyes. <She's always been one for sarcasm.>

"So...Aurija, do you have any idea of how we're going to be able to defeat Celebi?" Kit asked, happy to have someone to talk to.

<Honestly, no. I really don't want to bust your...OK, well, maybe I do. But I don't know.>

"OH LOOK, A PRETTY BUTTERFLY!"

<Uh-huh. The attention span of a squirrel.>

Kit stopped chasing the butterfly and sighed. "Yeah, I've got to pull myself together. OK...let's think about how we can free Lugia and Ho-oh. All we are is a bunch of kids with some super-powerful legendaries in our heads, and bunches of Pokemon plus Leta's...where is Leta anyway? Oh there she is!"

Kit ran over to Leta, then looked at David, who apparently had just woken up. "YO! LUGIA AND HO-OH ARE TRAPPED BY CELEBI! WAKE UP!"

<Real mature, Kit.>

Diljabar

Life sucks, man.
I don't understand. Why do I feel so… empty? Lugia is gone? Leta's dead? What does all this mean? Why do these things always happen to me? Why not some other person?

I shouldn't complain; Kit's got it bad, acting so crazy all the time; like I used to. I wonder how Cat is? She was always in trouble of some kind.

Now I have no one to share my thoughts with– no one can help me.

What should I do? This is no dream… I feel so… helpless…

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
David was too absorbed in his own mind, and normal external stimuli were ineffective. Something bigger had to happen to get his attention, otherwise he may stay there on ground, just sitting, curled up like a ball.
Kit sighed. "David, it's not funny! Wake up, Lugia's gone and he needs your help!" Aurija sighed.
<David says Leta's dead.>
"Leta's not dead...she's just in an unconscious state like Mike was when Celebi captured Moltres. Right? How could Leta be dead...if she was only robbed of Ho-oh? But then...I guess that David knows what's happening..."
<Maybe Aurlia's back now.>
"Leslie would've told us."
<Yeah...>
"We really need Aurlia's guidance right now..."
"Stop talking to yourself, girl. It's bugging me. Why can't you see that I'm an emotional wreck? Oh, yeah, facial expressions. I'm such a retard…
Kit's eyes filled with tears as David told her to go away. "Listen, I've been looking all over for some way to free your Pokemon host, and my Pokemon host is bugging me to death, and Celebi is an insane freak, and ALL YOU WANT ME TO DO IS GO AWAY?" She walked over to a tree and sat in one of its branches.
<Kit, really. Stop.>
"STOP WHAT?"
<Stop yelling at David.>
"But he's hurting my feelings."
"Uh..." Leslie said, walking toward the base of the tree Kit was up. "Hey, uh, come down, Kit." She looked up into the branches. "I may know what happened to David and Leta, but you're going to have to live with my limited explaination until Aurlia comes back.
"See, Ho-oh cast herself to Celebi in order to save Lugia and Moltres. However, Celebi wanted equal exchange... so she took Lugia back. But when Ho-oh sacrificed herself Leta was killed. Now I think David's just pitifully wallowing in his own misery about it... but I can't help but feel sorry for the guy. His greatest crush is dead..." She spoke without changing expressions, but she did change in tone when she got to the effects of what had happened.
Leslie finished with a glance back at the boy, sitting curled up a few feet away. "Kit, Lugia is trapped. Aurlia may know a way to help, but I don't know now..."
"Yeah well, you know what? I know what it's like to lose someone you love. My...my dad..." Kit felt tears come to her eyes as she flipped off the tree and walked towards a nearby river, Leslie following. She looked like she wanted to hear this, and Aurlia was eagerly awaiting it as well.
"My...dad...he...well, we used to go over his house...and he would let us play GameCube or whatever...cuz my parents were divorced and so...we would go over his house and play...and then one day...my mom came over and she told us that we would never see our father again, that he was going to jail or something like that...and then she took us away and there was no way we would be able to see him again."
Aurija whistled. <Harsh.>
"So...then my mom started dating these other guys...and each one hurt her really bad and then she broke up with them. I...I'm really trying to contain sanity here...but seeing Lugia trapped and hurt...he's like my own father..."
OOC: ISH TRUE! My dad really did go to jail and all that other stuff. But he wasn't much of a good dad anyway. He wasn't even my "blood related" dad.
Leslie sighed. "Look Kit, I don't know what to tell you. Aurlia isn't here right now, and it's giving me a headache now." She stared, feeling really bad about everything that happened to Kit with her dad and all.
"I can't tell you much of anything... All I know is Aurlia may have a solution, but she's not even in her essence now..." Leslie was fairly sure now that Kit didn't understand: Aurlia wasn't here now. But she was trying to be gentle in explaining, even if her head was pounding right now.
OOC: Man, I'm like Leslie. I don't know, my dad's cool.
Kit sighed. "OK, let's plan something. No one is especially with us right now, so we'll try devising something ourselves. All we got is you, me, and Aurlia since Cat and Raikou are being maniacs and David is an emotional wreck right now, and Leta's dead."
Aurija rolled her eyes again. <What are we supposed to plan? We have two humans and a legendary Pokemon who cannot even let her holographic image appear besides her host as a visual.>
Kit's PokeBalls opened to reveal her Pokemon. The Gengar, Absol, and Milotic looked at her happily, though Gengar looked a bit unsure about being near a legendary (remember that in my signup?). Ninetales walked over and smiled, then licked the scar running across Kit's eye (remember that too?).
<We'll all do it. Everyone.>
The two PokeBalls Leta had given her opened to reveal her Gorebyss and Mantine. They nodded and smiled at her also. Milotic threw back her head and whined a long cry that must have reached the outer edges of the world.
<You ready?> Aurija asked.
Kit nodded. "You got it! We'll do it together!"
As Luna followed the two teens a strange feeling rose up in her, Luna felt something wrong, something strange, she quickly attempted to shake off the feeling, but couldn't. Jason took a look at Luna and gestured Tina to halt for a second. Tina halted and looked over at Jason.
"Luna...are you okay?"
Jason asked his kitten, sencing a disturbence in Luna's track of thought. Luna looked into Jason's eyes with a bold, intimidating glance. The two stared at eachother for several minutes of silence, It was almost as if they where trying to communicate with each other by reading each thers eyes. Luna then finally turned and looked over to Tina, who was confused at what was going on. Jason sustained his glare that he gave his pokemon, trying to figure out what was wrong, after a while Jason decided to look over at Tina again and continue walking, the thought of what was wrong with Luna still haunting his mind. After getting a quick look of the hotel room, Jason sat down on one of the beds and stared around the room. It was about 10 times the size of a normal hotel room.
"This has to have been one of the most expensive hotel's in all of kanto!"
Jason muttered to himself. He looked at how clean and crisp the hotel looked, and the bed he rested on was made of feathers, his favorite material, no aching springs, or akward feeling foam. Jason rested his head on the pillow of the bed, not noticing he had squished the complimentary Hershey Kiss chocolate on the pillow. Jason closed his eyes and rested for a second, he opened his eyes and looked over at Luna, who was sleeping on a pillow convieniently placed on the table. Luna fur sparkled a little bit from the light shining off of her at point blank ranch from the table lamp. Jason slowly moved his eyes across the room, seeking a glance of Tina who he couldn't find. Jason didn't feel like leaving his relaxing bed, so he just gave up the search.
"She must be in the bathroom...'
He thought to himself before closing his eyes again and faling in his rest again, but suddenly he felt something squeezing him, he jolted his eyes open quickly to find himseld in a death lock, bear hugged by Tina, who was sound asleep already in only 15 minutes of being in the room.
"Um...Tina...uh..."
Jason tried to escape the grip and go to the other bed, but struggling to get out only made his freind hug tighter.
"Um...Tina...please wake up...um..."
Tina made a quick movement, and then her mouth opened, she started murmuring, and it was very faint;
"Chen, never leave me...marry me..."
"Oh great, she dreaming about boys...guess that would explain the choking hug..."
Jason respounded to the sleep talking, he then tried poking her head to wake her up.
"Of course that wont work, Tina's the heaviest sleeper I know..."
Jason sighed and looked at the wall. He struggled himself free after about half a hour of struggling, he then draped the blanked over Tina, turned the lights off and went in the other bed.
"Guess this ones mine..."
He said to himself, he layed down and closed his eyes to rest for a while.
The Compromise
OOC: I is very sorry for not being here for so long. *ducks head* I'll go help Articuno now. :)
IC:
Darkness swirled around her, small tendrils splaying out and caressing her gently, as if it was a mother holding her baby for the first time. She felt weightless, floating I this oblivion and remarkably peaceful. She felt tired, so tired. Slowly the darkness dragged her downwards, deeper into the broad expanse of black. She could see the firefly lights of stars dotted around her, twinkling merrily and assuring her it was ok. She sighed, hearing the whispers around her.
Let go… Be free…
The urge to do as they asked was so very strong, increasing with every second. She did not feel afraid, in fact, it felt as if she was answering a long lost call. So… hard… to… resist- TWANG!
A loud sound ripped through the silence, reverberating off invisible walls. Her eyes snapped open. She was no longer sinking, hanging suspended in this never ending night. She heard new voices, so different from the soft whispers, harsh and raw to her ears.
“How could you let this happen! You said she would never be out of your sight!”
She recognized that voice, she realised dumbly. It was Mr Bond…
“I was only gone for a second! I only went out for a coffee…”
“Jumping jalapeño peppers! What were you thinking? In this weakened state, Raikou can no longer fight against poisons! Even the weak ones! We knew there would be another attack, which is why we asked you to stay, Doctor…”
“I’m sorry! It was my tea break!” The doctor’s voice simpered through the darkness towards her, making her smile. He sounded harassed, over stressed and tired. He must be having a real bad day… She thought with a grin. She slowly began to rise out of this big well of lack, watching regretfully as the stars zipped past and were swallowed into the darkness beneath. The darkness slowly began to lighten, like the night sky at dawn, fading into the silver rainbow of the twilight. She closed her eyes, feeling the gentle rush of air on her cheeks as the light before her eyelids grew even brighter…
“There we go, she is back to the land of the living.” The Doctors relief was evident, a touch of impatient entering voice as he was desperate to return to his coffee. Cat breathed in deeply, smelling honeysuckle and the warm softness of freshly baked cookies. The cookies smell was all that was needed to wake up Raikou, and he eagerly took control, snapping her eyes open and sitting up with a jolt.
“COOKIES!” He yelled happily. Bond smiled, shaking his head, but you could see the relief in his eyes.
“And so is Raikou,” Still smiling he turned away and began calling to the cluster of Flaaffys waiting at the door. “Well? What are you waiting for! You heard the lad, get him some cookies!” The Flaaffys hurried to complete his request and Cat grinned in her couch. Looking around she plumped up some cushions and lay back with a sigh of satisfaction. Now that trouble was over, maybe they could start getting somewhere…
“Periwinkle Blue, At Your Service!” Boomed the Tailow, thumping his chest importantly. Cat groaned. After clearing out their stock of cookies, Raikou had finally relinquished control to Cat and they were finally able to start moving in the right direction. When the Flaaffys heard their request, they had hurried them off into another tunnel, which soon spiked up towards the surface, emerging in a large clearing. It seemed the average clearing, until Mr Bond whistled and a Tailow flew out of a supposedly empty tree, slipping through a force field with the ease of long practise. In that split second Cat got a view of village of tree houses before it was gone, and her attention drawn to the Tailow that landed before them. He was a fine specimen, Glossy blue feathers, ruby red chest which he thrust forward self importantly. But more importantly was what was on his back. Covering her ears and wincing as he boomed a welcome, Cat studied the mess of fabric and wool on his back. It seemed to be a saddle of some sort, with straps loping along his chest for support. It was only until Mr Bond ushered her forward did she realise what was going on.
“Good day, Benedict!” Bond called, slowing before the Tailow, and patting a welcome on its wing.
“Barty! How Are You Old Pal!” Thundered Benidict. Cat winced again, feeling her ears throb. It was unknown how such a small bird could omit such a sound.
“Good, good… Hey, do you mind giving Cat here a ride?” Asked Bond, gesturing to Cat. Benedict bobbed his head in acceptance.
“Alright, but you owe me one, matey. Do you know where to go?” This last question was directed at her. She hesitated, uncertain. She didn’t know.
I do, Raikou assured her, opening a sleepy eye. Cat reluctantly nodded, not willing to put that much faith in Raikou’s directions. Benedict bobbed his head again, and crouched down.
“Hop on, then, and we will be on our way!” Cat nodded, steeled herself and walked forward. She was never one for flying, and the prospect of clinging to this small bird made her sweat. But she forced herself to remember Articuno’s host, and imagined her, cold and scared, locked in some cold, dingy dungeon somewhere. The least I can do is help, She decided, bracing herself and, using Bonds offered hand as a boost, swung herself onto Benedict’s back. There was a few scary seconds when she wobbled precariously, but then she settled and buckled herself in. The ground looks different from higher up, she thought, teeth chattering with fear. Bond waved once as Benedict opened his mighty wings and beat down with all his might. The ground soared away, leaving a cloud of dust billowing in their wake. They sank a little as Benedict struggled to remain airborne, before they were off, flying into the midday sky.
Jena was flying through the air on her Dragonite, "Quite peacful isn't it Dragonite?" She asked. Dragonite grunted in reply swirling around in the sky. "Ah, I see Ecruteak city below, get ready to dive Dragonite." She said tightening her grip around Dragonite's neck.
Dragonite dived straight for the ground and came to a smooth landing in the park. Jena leaped off, "thanks Dragonite, get some rest now. Return" She said pulling out a pokeball.
She walked over to the pokemon center and went inside. "Hello Nurse Joy! Can you take care of my pokemon for me tonight?" She asked
"Sure." Nurse joy said smiling. Jena held out her six pokeballs to her. She sat down on the bench to rest.
