I have those 5 Pokemon

Crobat ADAMANT - ariel ace / sludge bomb / steel wing / shadow ball

Lanturn MODEST - thunderbolt / ice beam / surf / confuse ray

Metagross ADAMANT - EQ / shadow ball / meteor mash / agility

Sceptile MODEST - dragon claw / t-punch / crunch / leaf blade

Typhlosion TIMID - flamethrower / t-punch / sunny day / substitute

And I would like to know which stats to EV train I herd you could max out 2 stats of each Pokemon

Crobat-max out attack and speed
Lanturn-max out sp.atk and sp.def
Metagross-max out attack and defense/sp.def
Sceptile-max out sp.atk and speed
Typhlosion-max out sp.atk and speed.

you want at least some speed on metagross, believe me. just enough to get it to 198 speed at level 100, though, so it outspeeds timid jolteon after an agility.

other than that, starterlover's pretty much right.

EV training now is pointless as they are too far long in levels to have it really help much. You need to train EVs from the start of the Pokemon's life.

Right now you have EVs all over the place in all stats. Not the ones you wanted to work on. Breed new ones to start with clean slates.

or, if you're playing emerald, just feed them each berry 21 - 26 until they won't eat any more. this requires massive amounts of the berries, though, so grow a lot in patches all over the place so you don't run out.

if you do this, their EVs will be reset to 0 and you can EV train correctly.
