EV silly question.

I know what EV means, and I have just one question.

If I use Protein, Carbos, Calcium, Zinc and Iron in one of my pokemons, when I go out for EV training, will they affect my pokemon anymore?

hm? How do u mean that?
those vitamines are just buyable(does that word exist?lol) EVs. So, u can either for example beat 5 marills or give an HP plus, it would be the same thing lol

you can only use up to 10 of either to give up to 100 evs...
they work in place of ev training but don't give you the max of ev training
