EV spread

okay ive been toying with this for a while and im glued at a point. i need an optimum EV spread for a standard Bold Blissey

Aromatherapy
Softboiled
Seismic Toss
Thunder Wave

I know to max out the defense, so 252 def.
but what about the others ? im not keen on maxing out the HP, but i was thinking about it, but i doubt 6 EV's in anything are gonna do me much good. so i need a good split between 2 other stats. ideas ?

How about 252 Sp.Def, and 252 HP, and 6 in DEF, since you really can't get around Blissey's low defense

i was thinking that, but giving him maxed out def means he can be a decent physical wall aswel as special, he's already got damn good SpDef so i wasnt sure about improving that, but by bumping up his Def he can take bigger physical hits. its also why t-wave is up there on his moveset, so any physical sweepers will have something to think about.

It said 'Def' when I read it. But Blissey should be given max Def, so you can take Physical attacks a little easier. No need to have a hissy fit.

i see your point, im still weighing it up though. im toying between :
252 sp.def, 126 def, 126 hp
and 252 def, 126 sp.def, 126 hp.
i think i might just max out its spdef. seeing as my skarmory's goign to be taking the majority of the physical hits anyways.

NO NEVER put special defense evs into Blissey, its special defense is high enough, max out the defense and hp so it can survive hits then counter back while it laughs ^.^

urgh thankyou. this threads confused the hell out of me, i knew i should put em into defense lol. hence the bold nature..

252 HP, 124 Defense, 128 Sp. Defense

126 isn't divisible by 4, so you would be wasting 4 EVs...
