EV training in XD

Has anyone tried training their eevee evolution for evs in XD?
So far i've trained my Espeon for Sp.atk and Sp.def and my Ninetails for the same stats.

I never EV train my starter Pokemon in any of the games, I just breed it and EV train the baby. I just use my starter as my main Pokemon to get me through the game. Although my Espeon from XD would have been a great candidate to be EV trained, as it has a Modest personality. But, I just breed it until I get a Modest Eevee, and then EV train it. ^_^

Nope. Not only I use the Starter and a few Pokémon just to beat the game. Also, I'm not eager to do Nature hunting with Starters. It also limits you with no Egg Moves. And Colosseum/XD are absolutely horrible to EV Train...

i don't need an ev-trained espeon or so, and if i need one, i breed. i use the starter to do the game and i dont need to ev-train it for it. and XD and colosseum suck for ev-training >_<

My starter was perfect for ev training and it seemed a waste to me no to train it. However i've beaten the game and i'm still training it properly.

Even if you have beat the game you havn't EV trained it yet so I suggest breeding to get a modest Espeon and Ev training from there.

I only EV train if it's neccesary...I usually do it after I beat the game.
