EV training not working

sumthin origional :p
I've been training my pokemon, trying to boost their stats through EV training. It... hasn't been working too well, even with Mach Brace attatched, and pokerus infection for a while.

When I battle the right pokemon, constantly, when it comes to levelling up there's little, if any, stat increase. Right now it's a Houndour. Macho Brace, I'll infect pokerus once it's levelled up some more, but anyway, I was trying to raise its speed, just for a foundation. However, no matter how many wingulls/taillows/zigzagoons I get through, speed just doesn't go up much at all. I know it takes 4 points to raise a stat, and I'd noted that, but it didn't go up by how much I'd expected at all.

I also need to ask: Is the 510 point limmit placed in just for a level up, or for the entire pokemon's life?

And: Can a pokemon that has cured of pokerus become infected again? It doesn't seem to be working, even with another infected pokemon in the party.

Thanks.

You wont see the stat increase at the beginning of your training. You will see the diffrence when your pokemon is on a higher level(50-100).

510 is the maximum of Ev's a Pokemon can have...yes for it's entire life:)

No it cant. If a pokemon is once affected of pokerus and then loses it, it cant get it again.

BTW, here the links to the stickies: -for Ev's and stuff

-for Pokerus questions

The 510 limits for a pokemons entire life, and pokemon can't get the pokerus twice, but the benfits of pokerus remain even after the pokerus has gone.
Hope i helped
