Hypothetically, if one has more than 1 exp. share, and one wants to Speed EV Train many members of the party at the same time, is it possible to distribute an equal amount of EV points to all the pokemon holding the exp. share? Does anyone know? And also I'd like killer tips on EV training if you have any!!!

To sum up that sticky, yes, anyone holding an exp. share will get full EVs for the battle. A good way to EV train is to learn what pokemon give what EVs and fight trainers who have that pokemon, or find out where they appear in the wild and fight them there. Fighting low level pokemon will give you not a lot of exp. so you have more time to gain EVs without leveling up, although they won't show up right away. Also, a Macho Brace or being infected with the Pokerus will give that pokemon double EV points from each battle.
