Unless you're planing on changing it's moveset it's best if it's Modest.

I think my Arceus is modest, looks strong although my lv100 Rayquaza does have higher stats then it, but I still like it the first Pokemon Event Pokemon ever. (That I didn\'t get on the internet). And 493 Pokemon in Diamond it's about time, it's the first game where I have captured every Pokemon possible (Blue's the next, I got Mew because of that glitch in Blue)

I'm aiming for a Modest one on my Plat, and maybe a Sassy one on my Pearl. I'll keep the moveset on my Plat one, but change the set on my other one. I love Arceus so much. And Jade 
I finished my pokedex, yay, four stars on my trainer card; one off from getting black Arceus is good with any natures, except neutral XD Unless you have like 31 IVs in ALL stats, thats HIGHLY unlikely.

That's not cool. Mine has a neutral nature.
Hopefully 31 IVs in Special Attack will suffice, as well as over 20 IVs in 3 other stats (Though 1 IV in Defence and 2 in Speed won't unless it's in a Trick Room team).

Ours could still be Machina as well.. our darkrai was Alamos and it was from toys r us but everything else from there have been TRU so guess we'll see
