I got Keldeo but it's not ut. I usually just keep ut because legendaries are for my box since i don't like to use them. The trainer said this one have = 4 EV Defense, 252 Sp. At, 252 Speed. He is at lv. 19 with PKRS, nature Modest from ofc Pokemon Movie 12.

I'm looking for legits lv.1 ut with flawless IV's (if they are shinies amazing but if not i don't care since is really hard to get good IV's so being shiny also = 99,9% unbelievable) or already EV trained pokemon (you need to say in what so i can see if is what i would do). I will say the last form of the pokemon's i'm interessed to be easier to understand:

Chandelure (the first three i really only care in shiny but they are the only that detail matter)

1. Flawless Keldeo (event recently released in Japan. Hasty/Naive/Timid/Modest ONLY)
