Well, another poem from yours truly. Pssh, can you believe this is a school project? I hate writing poetry for school - and I mean I HATE it - but meh. I had to write this, and I wrote it freelance, although that's not wat was "reccomended". This is supposed to be a "personification poem", where you take an object and personify it or give it humanlike qualities...Although you already knew what personify meant, didn't you? Well, phear the irritating-ness of a school project poem...Now!

Oh, and a cookie for whoever guesses what this is first. Although it'll be easy.

{Ever Watching}

Floating in the endless heavens
A silhouette of white against brilliant blue
Staring down at the goings-on below
Tiny flecks moving throughout the streets
Living their lives as time passes rythymically by
The streets she's seen for years and years
She lets the winds caress her
Taking her wherever she may go
Countries and shifting seas
And she wonders
What is she doing here
Held among the storms and the starts
And not down in the ever-changing world below​

Well, anyway, hi! Good guesses, but they're not quite it. Just a hint, though; it has nothing to do with anything fictional. They're completley real.

Well, yeah I liked it. It was short, sweet, and it makes you think.

Is it a cloud? Anyways, I like how you don't exactly say what things are. Pretty good, keep it up.

I guess clouds are above so they see what is going on under them.

People or other things, I like how you don't say "People busily walking around" or "cars honk at others in the streets"

Clouds are usually defined as females.

She lets the winds caress her
Clouds get blown around by wind.

Taking her wherever she may go
Countries and shifting seas
Clouds are in the world.

And she wonders
What is she doing here

I like this humanization.

Well just a hint, it has nothing to do with fiction, They're completely real.
Clouds are real.

Yes, it was a cloud. Clouds are fluffy-looking and cool. 8D I wanted to write about something I haven't written about before and a cloud was the first thing that came to mind. I know clouds are way overused, but it was the first thing that came to mind. Plus we had about 15 minutes to write AND revise.
