evolve an eevee to Umbreon or an Espeon How do i do that

lover of Glaceons
You can't evolve it in FR/LG since it dosent have a clock. However, in R/S/E, max out it's happiness and train 1 level and boom! Depending on weather it's A.M or P.M, you will get Espeon/ Umbreon
