Hiya! Hey guys can anyone answer my question?
When you just capture a Pokemon
(example I just captured a lvl. 23 Vulpix,)
does that Pokemon already have EVs in it's stats? Or does it have 0 Evs?
(I was always confused about this...all the time whenever I capture a Pokemon I wanna train, I don't know if it already has EVs in it's stats)
Thanks in advance to anyone that can answer this!!

Phew..thanks a lot! Now I don't have to go breeding eveytime I capture a trainable Pokemon!!
