Your Beapa and Naetle is broken. Beapa's attack should be three colorless energy. Its too broken for a basic. Naetle's attacks should be changed to two grass energy.

Not the best i seen... The art is fine but not ultra cool. Also the lettertype is still bugging me.

I don't think that beappa is broken, because the attack is a good effect don't do damage and Naetle is like the Carvanha from Ruby & Sapphire.

Kasgan is good, but for Rentagan, you missed the + beside the attack damage, and the Poke-Power should specify that it only activates when you attach a lightning everygy to Rentagan.

Um, when using real Pokemon, with REAL names, you can't just go around saying, "Hey, look at my Beappa card!", cause someone will reply, "That's spelt B-I-P-P-A, you dolt."​
