My friend told me that if a pokemon holds the exp.share and battles a pokemon it will gain double exp. points.Is this true?

No. If you give it to a pokemon and a different pokemon battles the pokemon with the EXP share and the battling pokemon would gain have the normal EXP each.

No, you don't get double experience points, you get the same ammount, only in two parts: if you would normally gain 200 exp. points, you'll get 100 and then another 100.

the above. you're confused with lucky egg, wich give a 1.5 multiplier and not a double.

Of u switch more than 2 pokemon,the exp.share holder will gain a bit for exp than the other switched pokemon i think

No, he didn't ask that at all. But it's the same thing. A Pokemon switched out using the exp. share will get 0.5 times the experience it would get if it had battled, just in two parts. So holding an exp. share and battling has no practical purpose at all.
