First of all, don't lead with Smeargle. Not unless you want to have to either switch or die the first round. A lot of common leads outspeed it, and almost anything OHKOs it.

Those EVs are a little too simple. Machamp isn't a sprinter. Give it some more Defenses/Hp. (I kinda like HP Ghost.... instead of Bulk Up, but 's cool. Or even Facade)

Posting to say that max HP/Def Smeargle only takes ~50% from HP Flying, sometimes less. I know this from experience when I was more noobier than I am today.
