your right when you say that the atonomy is off but your style of art fills in for it. i like the way you demonstrated the pokemon. work on drawing the pokemon first before you come up with the final product(thats what i do) but you do what you are most comfortable with:)

I never understand how to control water and ink with watercolor, lol. but then i don't use wc a lot to practice, ha.
