I can give you a good way but it uses a glitch, and requires you to have beaten the Elite 4. So have you beaten the Elite 4 yet?

Umm use a map to get out and for the training If you have R/S but not emerald put 2 in the day care and get an ancro bike and bike up a mudsilde you fall back down and keep doing this. Or just kill every thing in Victory Road

That's gonna take a while... 6 pokemon(?), 20 levels each... 120 levels... I don't know about any of the glitches or any cheats so I would just battle the elite four a lot of times.

Well, train there, beat the Elite Four, and then go to the Sky Pillar and train there. Once you beat the Elite Four you could always battle them again and again too. ^^

I would use exp. share and battle the elite four. Thats what I did to strengthen my pokemon.

If they are traded, they will grow faster. I recommend battling the trainers in the pokenav multiple times. While you raise one pokemon, leave the other in the day care. Use the exp. share and lucky egg if you have one.
