Shadow Uae, you may want to go read the front page and fix your requests form by following his form EXACTLY the way it is.. and put your picture into a link, not posting the actual picture (make sure the link actually works). Also, I'm not sure if the "Strike after 3 requests" goes into effect while 3 people are being worked on or only when requests haven't been accepted so you're taking a risk by posting with 3 being worked on. I'd advise you to fix your request ASAP because, chances are, you're going to get permanantly banned when he sees it.
