I have some doubt about that round thing in right corner of the layer. : <

Thanks for help anyway!

And if it is original, is there any difference between US ver or UK? Like you can't send tickets between those versions?

It looks pretty original for me b/c of the shiny hologram paper.

I don't know about the tickets.

Where are you buying from? If you're buying from somewhere like Ebay or Amazon, buy from a high rated, trusted seller.

From what I can see, It looks good, the only real "test" left if to stick it in a GBA or DS.

Anyway, I once saw a fake that almost look as good the real thing, but with AGB-4 on the back, it should read AGB-2. (AGB-4 is a Mains adaptor for Rechargeable Battery pack AGB-3)

I missed a part of the original Question. But yes, there are differences between the UK labels and the US labels.

This is a "used" genuine UK* Emerald: http://www.inaudible.co.uk/games/blackthorne/120809_IMG_5634.jpg
Note that the Label has a CE logo in the bottom right. It uses the Circular Nintendo Seal, and has the code of AGB-BPEP-EUR. The CE Logo is required by law to be present of certain items, which includes toys, that sold with in the European Union. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CE_marking

*The version sold in the UK is not just sold in the UK, but many European Countries.

One final thing, a Person may use a image of a gentuine cart, and then when you purchase it via Ebay you end up with a Fake.

One way to check: look inside the slot at the curcuitboard past the tips and if you see "DATE Nintendo" it is legit. If not, then bummer. 3:
