Emfar (Empath + Fairy)
Skumpth (Skunk + Empath)
Emkun (Empath + Skunk)

On a quest to be the best...
kachina
name meaning: Spirit (Hopi). Native American
ghost type

Variations of Hopi would be a good name. Hoppi, Hoppie

The Hopi-Tewa, Keresan, & Zuni also have kachina as part of their cultures. Perhaps variations of those names? But perhaps it's impolite to use names of a culture for character names.

So... kachina's are represented by dolls. And they represent...almost anything in the universe.

Unidol? Oonidol? (Universe Doll)

They're not gods; they seem to occupy a similar space as angels, as go-betweens between god/gods & men, if it' not inappropriate to make cross-comparisons based on ~5 minutes of skimming Wikipedia.

Anidol? Dolani? (Angel Doll/Doll Angel)

*i found out from here - https://www.doshiyo.com/2008/07/06/native-american-and-japanese-folk-religion/ that ' Kachina are essentially akin to Japanese concept of Kami or Ainu Kamui. They represent anything spiritual, phenomenal, auspicious, or greater than human. In the same way that a Shinto shrine may be a roped-off tree because of the spirit in that tree, a Kachina may be a mountain or a spirit of the harvest, etc. ' *

Trihorn? Horntri? Fostri?

Variations on tri horn & tri fossil.

On a quest to be the best...
brontee, a brontosaurus, grass/ground type - first stage, use the moss fossil to get one

Micca - From Windsor Mckay, who animated Gertie the Dinosaur, a brontosaurus
Lilif - From Little Foot, the main character of The Land Before Time
Appa - From Apatosaurus, the "orrect" name for Brontosaurus. (As far as I'm concerned both are fine in informal settings.)
Greenti - Green + Gertie

normal or fairy/ground type *although, i can't decide if it's a mythical or a new rodent pokemon.... *

*i don't want it to have pika in it's name, though ^^' *

jackalo

Like a Jackalope? A Rabbit with horns?

Legendary, Grass/Fairy

A Pooka can be a rabbit, & Harvey was a Pooka, & the main character in Harvey was Elwood P. Dowd

Possible Names:
Pooka, Pooki, Ooka,
Elwood, Elwoo. Lewood. Lewoo
Dowd, Dwod. Woddo. dowow,

In China, Rabbits are associated with the moo. Some of this has made it over to Japan, so here are names based on that:

Yutu, after the Chinese space probe which landed on the moon
Chang'e, Chang-o, Heng'e, Chinese goddess of the moon.
Makanai A Japanese company which uses the Moon-Rabbit as it's logo
Jade Hare, Jadhar, Jadeh, Adherra,
