I just want to know,how were they created?I mean was it just someone with good computer art skills?I just want to know because I saw the pictures of fake pokemon on this site...

Yeah wether it be a great sprieter or artist, I actually like seeing fakes..I miss them everyday....

the fakes were most probably made by people who are very clever at making sprites,or are good drawers, but they tend to have flaws,like the pixel pictures looking a bit too amaturley drawn or being way too big :)
