i want an eevee with a body made of water with fireballs floating around it

type: fire/water/psychic just fire/water if we can't have triple types

name: esporeon

evolves from eevee using the chaos serenade

pokedex entry: This pokemon uses its psychic ability to throw it's fireballs.
It dodges attacks by melting into a puddle and reforming.

also can you sprite the chaos serenade it looks like a pitch black pokeball letting off a pitch black aura.

If you want some help I'll help eg. be hired. But I won't do mixes, for I got fed up with them. I'd prefer doing new/fakemon. I also do Sonic sprites, but at another thread. Don't dump too many on me, plz.
