Well, these are my fakes so far.

OK, I can't think of a name at the moment XD

But anyway:
The outline is quite rough and shakey, making that look a little messy. The shading also could be better, as there is hardly any of it and could do with more shades.

try to give it more design. it is just a red snake with horns, try to put more on him. try to do this, and all the things Chaotic Pink pointed out, and it might become pretty good.
