False Swipe Breloom (Emerald)

Just so I can be 100% safe, is there ANY way to breed a False Swipe Breloom in Emerald Version (no trading)?
As far as I know, there're three possible chains, but for each of them I need either a Paras or a Zangoose, which I think are both unobtainable.

Is there another chain avaliable OR a way to catch/trade/receive one of these two pokémon?

Probably not, as Sceptile is not part of the Plant Egg Group (It is Monster/Dragon), and Shroomish is Plant/Fairy.

The topic you linked to mentioned Zangoose-Seedot-Shroomish, which I can't do. There's also (not from the topic) Zangoose-Mawile-Shroomish and Nincada-Paras-Shroomish, but neither of them are avaliable for me (I think.)

try a Grovyle or Treecko with False Swipe with a Breloom. It should Work as far as i know.

Smeargle would be an option, but how on earth would I make it learn False Swipe? The only natural learner of the move in Emerald is Nincada, and it's found in the wild at low levels, when it doesn't know the move.
And no record mixing - No one around here plays pokémon r/s/e.

No. One. Here. Plays. Pokémon. R/S/E. No battling, no record mixing, no trading. Is it that hard to understand?

But ok, now that i know that wild Ditto can be found in Emerald, I can do it the hard, boring way. I'll battle one of them with a Nincada with only False Swipe, and when it transforms, i switch and Sketch the False Swipe with Smeargle.

Are you sure sketch is permanent in link battles? After all, most things aren't. I don't know, that's why I'm asking.
