Fame Checker Problem.

I have filled most of my fame checker, and am missing 1 entry (bruno entry 5) serebii.net says it's on 2 island near the game corner, yet I can't find the lady anywhere, what are the requirements for her to be there, or is the main site wrong?

According to a guide on GameFAQs, the only requirement is to have beaten the E4.

well, I have the E4 beaten, the first time only though, but I already have every other fame checker entry so I'd expect you don't need to fight them the second time to fill it out.
