Fantastic... it's an excellent sign that these games will be good. However, like movie reviews, enjoying a game is all dependent on personal taste so I'll have to experience them for myself. Still, as I said, it's a good indicator that these games aren't total rubbish (not that I ever thought they would be).

Aww... Crap.
Well...yay. Does anyone know what Dash got? If it was over -5, my view on there reviews may be disfigured.

Anyways, even if it got good reviews, so did Nintendogs, as it got a perfect score, but as we all know, it isn't one of the greatest games ever.

I don't know much about Famitsu except that they're usually very strict, but recently they've seen awfully...lenient. u_u

But it's nice to see that this game has been well-received from a prestigious review source. Now I wonder what RottenTomatoes would think about it...

keep in mind they are japanese and the markets are very different. Also they rate it by playing with it for a little while they couldn't determine that it would get boring in a matter of weeks. Hmm this rating is better than Super Princess Peach and that is a good game. Anyway it's good that Chunsoft made a good pokeon game. Does anyone know what pokemon torouze got?

I know Dash got a thumping by the gamestesters here in America. They described it as an annoying pain the wrist. This ranking at east says the games weren't rushed or many corners were cut.

You're right, many of their scores have been quite high recently... I remember a time when it was rare for a game to score about 30/40.

I think these games look like very good because it's something new and interesting. Dash was also new but in my opinion it was not good at all. Maybe Famitsu give high scores to all games , however I feel that these mysterious dungeon games are awsome.

Well, it's 100% awesome that they got good ratings. I wasn't sure if I was gonna buy them, but now I'm sure that I am.

I'm not doubting the game itself of course, as I expect it to be pretty decent. But considering they gave Pokémon Dash such a high rating, I don't trust their opinion.

Out of curiousity, have any other japanese game magazines managed to get their hands on a copy of either of the Dungeon games and give them ratings?

You'd assume so, but I only ever hear about the scores that Famitsu gives out... that goes for all games.

Way Past Cool!!
All I know is it will be at least better than Pokemon Dash. Remember what really pulled Pokemon dash down was the only being able to choose Pikachu and lack of differences between the courses.

At least with this game you can choose the starter you want and you have a variety of Pokemon that follows you. Not to mention there seems to be more difference between the areas. Judging by screen shots. Though of course you never know how good it is unless you try it yourself. I'll probably buy it to see what it's like.

In a way, one is sort of chosen for you based on how you answer some questions at the start of the game(s)...

Exactly, everything comes down to personal taste... go in with an open mind and take the games for what they are and how they appeal to you.
