Whenever I try to upload a page to my BlueYonder webspace, does anyone know hot to fix this?

I got this too all the time before I moved to another free hosting company.

Is it a Java remote directory manager applet you're using to upload?

No, its the FTP client on FastStone 4 In 1 Browser, I need help really much now, my site goes online 6 o'clock!
Its online, I'm not changing from Blueyonder, so please don't ask me to, but I'll happily change FTP clients.
Its the first one you said. PLEASE HELP!!!!
Can a Mod close this please? I've changed my FTP to Core.
