Using the computer long time does not result in fat settling on the tummy.

I did no such thing. I however can not find this on the Kraft website but I wouldn't call the people they do depict helping to be all that worse off.

Too active is also bad for the body.
I say, find a balance between activity and inactivity.
maybe like 1~2 hours of exercising a day while spend the other 12-16 hours doing actually productive things like school, assignments, chores, job, whatever.

I'm just curious , what do you Guys
consider "fat" to be?... Weather or not someone is overweight, what they look like? . On the whole fat issue I think everyone has a right to their own opionion, same as everyone has a right to be treated decently no matter how they look.
