what is fateful encounters as i had a saved game in my 2nd hand ruby and it had a jirachi,its memo said-
sassy nature,
the location wher it was caught-fateful encounters at lv5

That basically says that you downloaded it,(or the previous owner) onto your game. It says that when you get Ho-oh on Colosseum also.

I read this thread(old)that says you cant download jirachi from PAL on Emerald,only on R/S,would the jirachi on Colo be able to be downloaded as well?

I send my Rub to Nintendo to fix the berry glitch, and when I get it back, I had an shiny Zigzagoon with Liechi Berry (you get always when you do this) and Fatefull encounter is there too with my ziggie (now linoone)

yeah but that little jirachi was of just lv5 and knew only one attack.thre pkmns which nintendo gives from events are generally above lv30.

that's right but when you download it from the colo bonus disk (so not an event) it's at level 5 and it'll say faitfull encounter.
