Human :Tai T.K and Matt.

Digimon Adventure 01 and 02: Hikari, Yamato, Sora (a bit), Ken, and.. I think that's all. For Digimon, mostly/just Tailmon, but I sort of forgot the others.
Digimon Tamers: Jenrya and Terriermon.. omg, I forgot its Japanese name. :X But yeah, mostly that. Jenrya<3
Digimon Frontier: Umm.. Izumi? I never got the opportunity to watch the fourth season, and neither did I get the resources to watch the fifth.

But that's pretty much it. Hikari and Tailmon are my upmost favorites. x3 Then Jenrya!

Tai, Matt, Joe, Davis and Yoli are the humans I like from the series. I never did much like the third season onward. Tai has allways been my favourite though. As for Digimon, I have allways loved Silphymon (specially his role in Digimon X evolution), Flamedramon (Veemon), Myotismon, Piedmon, Garurumon (Gabumon) and Greymon (Agumon).

I didn't really like season four and I haven't seen season five yet so I can't say with that one. Hopefully season five will come over to the US though =]

Well I liked Tai the most and agumon and not to forget Wargreymon I will never forget him and the ultra digivolving of all of them. I didin't watch Digimon tamers but i'm gonna dwnld them and digimon frontier ==> sux except susanoomon's evolution
