Um...tied for first would be between Salamence, Altaria, and Flygon. Tied for second would be Sceptile, Metagross, and Regirock.

My favorite Third Generation Pokemon would have to be Milotic. It's very powerful, and it looks awesome! I have one in mostly every Third Generation Game I own. 0.o

I'll have to say.... Hmmm, I can't say, It's a tie between Swampert and Blazikan(I hate Sceptile for some reasons), Blaziken is my favorite starter and Swampert saved my but in Ruby.
