Nidoqueen. I always liked the appearance for one reason or another. Plus, most of the other "girls" are too pink or girly for my taste.

Miltank for sure. Blissey is a horribly overrated Pokémon, similar in these terms to Skarmory. Miltank can do most everything Blissey does better, except for walling attacks.
