Favorite and least Favorite off all trainers/Most Hated (*****, anime, games)

Discuss who your fav and least fav trainer is from anime, *****, and games!

My fav has got to be the GSC rival. He has such a cool back story. We all know he's the son of Giovanni, but he also hates team rocket. He tries to do good by stopping them but in turn mistreats pokemon but eventually learn from his actions.

My least Fav is Shinji. Hes the complete opposite of what a real trainer is. He wants to take the easy way out and just catch strong pokemon and he releases the weak/ones he deems weak. Now lets say he comes across a powerful pokemon, since he never trains and always just capture new ones he wont be able to defeat them. All trainers, and Pokemon start of weak, you must train to become strong. Unless he learns this lesson he will always be my least Fave character

Favorite... Whitney. So cute, hot, sweet, nice and cool, and yet an awfully capable Trainer that kicks more butt than ANY other Gym Leader ever? HECK YEAH! I love her with every ATOM of my being! <3333333

Yes. A sore loser. But it'll be long before she loses to ANYONE not using the flawless way or the cheaptastic ways. Plus, it's too cute when she cries. ^^

Least favorite? None, really. Some might be uglee or dull, but eh... I like them all. Maybe Eusine? Never liked him much. But well... I don't hate any Trainer. At least that way. I hate good villains, but that's a good thing...

My favorite trainer overall is Ruby from the Pokemon *****. I love the way he knits hats and pretty things for his Pokemon, and enters contests. He's so sweet. <33 I also love the way he reacts to when his Pokemon get their fur messed up.

I really don't have a least favorite trainer, I pretty much agree with what Orion-Sama said. ^^;

My least favorite would have to be Marina. Look how they destroyed the perfectly wonderful GSC girl and turned her into a flit in the dub! Okay, in the Japanese version she wasn't so bad, but not great either.

My favourite is May. I like her because she has adorable personality is sweet look. Ok, she isn't cute girly girl only kick ass girl. She knows what she wants, she is always ready to fight and knows a lot about pokemon. She isn't a super-hyper girl only friendly, mature and calm lady who has a power.

Least favourite is Hikari. Her look is ok but personality... she isn't original, she isn't special she is a clone of May and this is only one thing which I don't like about her. I like original characters, not some clones, plus May was nice and friendly and Hikari is kinda rude.

Aw, Rich Boys are probably my favorite, simply because I for some reason find snobby rich characters extremely hilarious. Kinda like Montana Max from Tiny Toon Adventures and Koji from Medarot.

I also like Brendan because he's a RAD NEIGHBOR and the DP guy because he looks friendly. Then there's the CLASSIC Youngster with the shorts - who DOESN'T love him?

Not sure about least favorite... maybe Triathlete Dylan. And those people in Emerald who always interrupt me with their stupid phonecalls.

Just thinking about what you guys said about Shinji and that you don't like him because he releases Pokemon that he thinks are weak- thats the whole point of his character. He's a mean boy that just wants to get to the top the easy way and you're supposed to not like him.

Hm.. favourite trainers.. I'd say probably Steven, cus he's really awesome- he has a great outfit, great hair and great Pokemon, too.
And Wallace, even if he wasn't in the anime, he's very pretty.
I quite like James, even though he's a 'bad guy'.
Someone mentioned the kid with the shorts fetish on route 3- yeah, he's cool too!

Least favourite.. hmm.. I'm not sure. I don't like Ash much in the later seasons, just because he gets a bit to arrogant. I liked him right at the beginning when he was uncertain and didn't know what he was doing.
Other than that, I don't know.

I also forgot about Harley, He's so stuck up and thinks that just cause he lost to may she is automatically evil and deserves to die. He's like the Shinji equivalent of co ordinators, except he treats his pokemon right
