See with me I think that animé ending themes are much better than most opening themes, as I have like 1 opening theme I love and about 50 ending themes I love. Since technically the thread starter didn't specify either opening or ending themes, I'll post my favorite ending themes.

"Lilium" - Elfen Lied (Possibly one of the best anime opening songs I have ever heard. In fact, the entire theme of the Elfen Lied opening was awesome. And then they had to ruin it with the J-pop ending theme and a still of Lucy sleeping naked. >_>)
"Cruel Angel's Thesis" - Evangelion (Never seen Evangelion, but I absolutely ADORE this song. So...awesome...)
