"World Without Logos" from the Hellsing TV series is probably my favorite. The soundtrack as a whole essentially all that keeps the series alive. It's severly missed in the new OVA.

"Ride On Shooting Star" from Fooly-Cooly is a close second. Again, the soundtrack as a whole is what's so appealing

I've yet to hear any themes/soundtracks that even approach the greatness of TV Hellsing's or Fooly-Cooly's. Down with the bland J-Pop that permeates other series.

Broken English- Hellsing OVA

I just have to point his out. That's not the theme song. It was simply used in one of the trailers. They may have intended it to be the theme, however the no longer own the rights to it. Didn't you notice that it was absent from both of the movies released so far? It's a shame, though, since it really fit.
