Out of those, I liked Slowking. He was quite funny, trying to be phyllosophical but failing. XD.

Duh, Meowth. Pokemon that can communicate psychically on the show are okay, but Meowth is even better in my book because he has proven to be very useful on several occasions, and without sounding so grand and all-powerful while communicating.

I chose jynx because they have their own language and the pokemonish.

What are you thinking? How about articuno moltres and zapdos? Artic-Uno Zap-Dos and Mol-Tres. They are by far the coolest billingual pokemon. Maybe I'm misunderstanding the question though because i dont get how Meowth is billingual.

...Well, he's very smart (you'd have to be to build your own castle with all sorts of machinary including ones that clone Pokémon) so he can take his bilinguality to a whole new level. But he's also just really cool in general and heck, how could I not vote for my favourte Pokémon (on the poll)?

IIRC there is one episode that one lapras "speak" with Ash.

I voted slowking, because it´s the only one (excluding special meowths) that can speak moving the mouth.

just didn´t understand one episode there were one slowpoke that evolved into slowking (IIRC there was something related to a waterfall) and it just spoke "sloooooowking"

I've always had the impression that Gardevoir could understand human speak through psychic outreach and telekinetic thught processes to speak to its trainer as well. How else would it protect it so well?
