favorite cheese

this is kinda random, but what's your favorite cheese? I like brie, fresh mozzarella, or queso fresco (a Mexican chese)

Extremely Aged Chedder.

I love the crisp flavor that it gives.

I love most cheeses though, so it was hard to pick a favourite lolz.

Pepper Jack for eating just plain cheese, and Gorgonzola for pizza. Yes I eat Gorgonzola on my pizza.... thats what you get for having a dad for a cook.

I find mozzarella, and cheddar are always good choices. Also a fan of romano; oh, and parmesan. I always have a stock of parmesan in the kitchen.

Hmm, good question. I like parmesan, mozzerela, sharp cheddar, swiss, american, provolone, blue cheese and feta. Those are the best IMO.
