So in general the most common answers I get that people claim are the best foods they've ever got is either Mediterranean food or East Asian cuisine. So this is the thread to talk about your favorite foods of East and South East Asia.

I'll start. Some old fashion fried Kimchi Mandu and soy sauce sprinkled with red spice, pepper and a little sesame oil.

Let's have some sate (or skewered chicken) for Southeast Asian food.

This sounds super basic, but i'll eat just about any kind of sushi. Also a big fan of pho (where I went to college we had like 5 pho places on the street near my apartment).
