You're missing some: Relicanth, Magikarp, Feebas, Chinchou, Lanturn, Quilfish, Carvanha, Huntail, Gorbyss, and Luvdisk.

Also, sharks and rays are fish, so Sharpedo, Mantine, and Mantyke could be included.

While I'm sure some of these won't get many votes, if any at all, they are still fish and should be included.
