Favorite Main Characters of Kanto? Including Remakes?

Simple question. Favorite Main Characters of Kanto, which is either the Player Character or Rival! You can base them off of your playthroughs, how they're depicted throughout media or just by their designs throughout the years alone.

The remix games (firered and leafgreen) save Blue from being forget during gen 1 and for that i am grateful that she still growing more popular over years and hit in let go pikachu and eevee in switch.

I like Red, even though he's become overrated in recent years due to all the Kanto nostalgia that I've been overwhelmed by. Green [the rival] is my favorite in-game rival out of all the ones we've had so far.

I'll say the main rival of R/B/Y (Blue/Green depending on which versions you play I guess?). I thought he was the best rival of any of the core games because of his arrogant personality and skill level.

Trace (I think that’s the LGPE rival) is my favorite

Blue (the rival not the girl) is my favorite generation 1 character. I wish he had been the rival in Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee instead of Trace taking over his spot.

Blue because he was the model for Gary in the anime and I always thought he was the best rival out of all the future Pokemon games combined.

I'm going to say Red because he was the main character. I liked Blue too but let's face it he was such a jerk and he never changed even after we beat him at the league.
