For me it's a three-way tie between Saur, Exbo and Mumu. My perception of them is probably based on the fact that I really liked Red's, Gold's and Ruby's whole teams and character traits overall.

I think Croaky will have more development once XY release in full volume. Especially Battle Bond was his ability.
