Their Kalos cast disguises were pretty amusing, and I also liked when they disguised themselves as cocoons in the fourth episode. There are probably other memorable disguises that I'm simply forgetting at the moment.

I forget the episode, but Team Rocket once disguised themselves as plants and trees and I think Meowth was dressed up as a bunch of weeds lol. Also I love Meowth's Sunflora disguises too.

My favourite disguises were when James dressed himself as a ballerina while Jessie was in fancy flamenco attire. I think it was in that old Bellossom episode.
