Favorite Trial Captains

The 7 Trial Captains in Sun/Moon/Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon were Ilima, Lana, Kiawe, Mallow, Sophocles, Acerola and Mina. Which ones were your favorites?

I didn't like the Trial Captains as much as I liked Gym Leaders, but I will admit that I have a soft spot for Mao (Mallow) due to the anime. I also somewhat like Acerola because she's so chipper and optimistic.

Went with Sophocles and Ilima. Sophocles had the most interesting trial out of all the trial captains and I feel like Ilima had the best personality.

Acerola, I quite liked her looks and personality.

I love that she's always smiling and takes things in stride. It's a lot different from how most of the other Ghost-type specialists act in other games, and I was glad that Acerola got promoted to Alola's Four Heavenly Kings (Elite Four).

I'm prefer Grass types myself, So Mallow 100%

Though Sophocles Chargjabug Trial in US/UM was of the better ones.

Very true. It had a great storyline with some pretty interesting characters, although some sadly didn't get enough time to shine. Like Molayne and Kahili.

I liked Mina the most because she's an artist with a dazed look on her face. She's eccentric and I love characters like that. Kiawe is pretty cool too.

I was drawn to Lana mere seconds after she was initially revealed.

As someone who enjoys fishing as a hobby, her being a fisherwoman was an instant plus for me. I additionally liked her cute appearance and her light-hearted trickster personality which grew on me over time.

Of course, I think pretty much all the trial captains have one thing or another going for them.

Acerola because she always looked happy and Sophocles because he has that really cool t-shirt with the old school Gameboy. Also I like that Sophocles is related to Molayne.
