My favorite contest so far has been the one in Lilycove, since that's the one where Jessie used Chimecho. However, I'm eagerly looking forward to the two-part Saffron contest next season. [SPOIL]Jessie's hair getting cut short and her using Cacnea and Wobbuffet is something I'm eagerly looking forward to watching. Forget the infamous Squirtle controversy, I'm looking forward to Jessie's part. [/SPOIL]

Oh, what a dilemma... Either Harley's first one, or his latest one in Modama. Yamabuki would have been in the running, but the ending ruined it. >.<

My favorite non-Harley contest would be Wakana's. <3

Currently it would have to be the Yuzihara Town contest. The interaction between all the characters was quite enjoyable, and we got to see a side of Jessie that (these days at least) is rarely shown.
That and the fact that Combusken put up one hell of fight against Wakana's Vibrava, which made the episode for me.

Though disregarding my bias for Combusken, the Modama Town contest vs. Harley would be a definate winner. Superb animation, many hillarious scenes, an excellent battle involving an interesting, yet shafted creature taking down one of the characters that I dislike most and of course, the ever welcome addition of one of the best antagonists we've had in years.

I hate all the contests where Squirtle or Skitty are somehow involved. The best ones are: in Fallarbor Town (vs Medicham), in Lilycove City (vs Grumpig) and in Modama Town (vs Octillery). Yuzuriha one is not so interesting as everybody says it is, in my opinion...

Agreed. And now [SPOIL]Eevee[/SPOIL] contests are going to be painfully irritating to watch as well. Unless the three would miraculously be defeated. Then that would be fantastic.
